Deleting your data

Meta requires every app that connects to a Facebook Page to publish a working data deletion route. Here is ours.

If you are a broker with an account

1. Open Settings → Account → Delete account and data, or email support@propaiph.com from your registered address.
2. We confirm the request and, after a 7-day grace period in which you can cancel, delete your account, listings, and conversation records.
3. Deletion completes within 30 days. Backups are purged on their normal rotation, within 35 days.
4. We retain only what tax and accounting law requires us to keep — invoices and payment records — for the statutory period, and nothing else.

If you are a buyer who messaged a broker's Page

Ask the broker to delete your inquiry, or write to dpo@propaiph.com with the Page you messaged and roughly when. We will locate the records and assist. You may also remove the app's access from Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, which triggers Meta's deletion callback to us automatically.

Automated callback

Our data deletion callback endpoint is https://propaiph.com/api/data-deletion. It verifies Meta's signed request (HMAC-SHA256, constant-time comparison — the same check the Messenger webhook uses), queues deletion of all records tied to that user ID, and returns a confirmation URL and status code so you can track it.
